Good to know
Things parents ask us first
SwimSafer-aligned progression
SwimSafer is Singapore's national water-competency programme with progressive stages and survival skills. Lessons are structured along SwimSafer-aligned progression so learners build recognised water-safety competency, not only stroke technique.
Water confidence comes first
For nervous beginners and young children, gradual submersion, breath control and floating are taught before strokes. Building trust in the water first makes every later stage faster and safer.
Water safety is built in, not optional
Survival and water-safety skills are part of the progression regardless of stroke level. In Singapore's pool-dense living environment, competency and safety are treated as core outcomes alongside technique.
Children and adults welcome
Qualified coaches teach both children and adult beginners, including adults learning to swim for the first time or overcoming fear of water, at a pace matched to the learner.
