Clementi and Choa Chu Kang are on different lines and only meet at the Jurong East interchange, so a Clementi-to-Choa-Chu-Kang hop is roughly half an hour plus the walk in. Most west tutors cluster their assignments either on the East-West spine (Clementi, Jurong East, Boon Lay) or the North-South spine (Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak, Choa Chu Kang), and cross between them only occasionally.

Bukit Panjang sits on the Downtown Line, apart from the North-South and East-West lines that serve the rest of the region, which is why it reads as separate. Inside the town, the Bukit Panjang LRT loop through Petir, Senja, Jelapang, Segar and Fajar puts you within a short walk of most blocks. If you are already covering Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang is a reasonable extension by bus.
